Still Here to Help

This is a difficult time for everyone, but individuals and businesses are coming up with increasingly innovative ways to navigate through it.

We all understand the importance of following the guidelines in social distancing and not going out any more than we absolutely have to but as a nation we are coming together and finding solutions.

Technology is really coming into its own at the moment with high levels of social and business interaction taking place on the phone, via the internet and through video calls.

We know this is a difficult time for our clients and those working in other areas of our industry, but we want you all to know we are still here to support you as best we can.

We are available at the end of the phone and via email and will do everything we can to advise and guide you through this tricky time.

We are still taking enquiries from those keen to start projects on their homes as soon as they are able to – and we are still liaising with clients and working hard on their designs.

For those thinking of embarking on extensions, conversions, renovations or even new builds now is an excellent time to carry out research and consider your options.

As architects, we are used to coming up with creative solutions and we are finding lots of ways to guide prospective clients and continue working with existing ones.

We are can conduct meetings via phone and video phone – you can even walk us round your home using WhatsApp, FaceTime or another internet solution.

We are able to draw up designs and plans and send them over to clients to look at via email.

We have also been very busy in recent weeks submitting applications and conferring with planning experts and departments.

Where properties are empty or a potential project is purely external, we can even visit to conduct surveys, if we are careful to follow the government’s guidelines on social distancing.

We know how important it is to adhere to the experts’ advice in order for us to overcome this awful situation together, but that does not mean your project has to stand completely still.

Do contact us to discuss your ideas and we can talk through the possibilities with you.

That way, we can all be ready to move forward and you may be able to see your dream project delivered when life eventually returns to normal.
